When you call into Royal Flush Plumbing, in reference to any location in Georgia, your calls are routed to our central dispatch center in Lilburn, GA. We house a staff of highly trained dispatchers and customer service specialists so that we may provide the very best possible experience to our customers. From there the jobs are sent out to technicians from numerous cities throughout the state. We try to send a plumber who is based out of your home area, unless your job is an emergency, in which case we send the technician who can get there the quickest.
At Your Location
When our technician gets to your location he will arrive in a purple van and he will be in uniform. He will take a look at your problem and quote you a price to correct the issue, or if further diagnostics are needed, he will quote you a price for the diagnostics. You will never accumulate a charge without knowledge of what the charge will be and without authorization beforehand. Once the technician receives authorization to begin work he will get started and he will work as long as needed to get the job done.
Royal Flush Plumbing accepts many forms of payment including all major credit cards as well as checks and cash. We also offer NET 30 Day billings to our commercial clients if a credit application is approved before any work has been done. Please ask for a credit application when you are setting up the initial service call. In addition to that, we also offer short term, interest free financing to all our customers.
